Message You have a lot of positives but you have some things that would be red flags for me ....

555 injectors
AEM filters
MBC and DIY tune
Electric fan

Only because none of these are "top of the line" or even "best practices" and discussed extensively on this site over the past two decades. No offense intended, but as a skeptical buyer I have to judge based on what I CAN see.

Specifically AEM filters = Ebay, MBC (vs at least EBC) = budget build, SPAL = no (beat to death on this site), 555 injectors = ??? if they are new (again beat to death but basically same price and inferior reliability to 740s), and ??? if they are used (why weren't they replaced).

Long form: Why would you be running an MBC on a brand new build? An MBC is inferior to an EBC, so that points to cost. And if the cost difference is material to you, well how much weight can I put on your "spare no expense" build? That, combined with the self tune, screams "budget build" to those of us that have been around.

If I were you I would consider deleting the MBC and selling the car as "fresh build, needs tune". The other stuff: a new owner in your desired price range probably has an injector, fan and boost control preference anyways.

Not trying to be a dick - like I said: car has a lot of positives. GLWS
